Our Client, a Leading Prestigious International law firm is seeking to recruit a Receptionist position for their growing outfit.





Responsibilities:



Greet and handle visitors in a professional manner Ensure that the meeting rooms are well maintained at all times Receive and manage deliveries promptly Prepare and serve refreshments to visitors Oversee the procurement of pantry supplies Assist with the delivery of client documents to designated locations whenever necessary Other ad-hoc administration matters whenever necessary



Requirements:



Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services firm Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin
