Perform front desk duties; telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in customers
Attend to sick students, issue release forms for said students and keeping records of sick students
Assist in general ad hoc administration
Ad hoc duties assigned by admin manager/ Operation manager/ Vice-principal/ Principal
Requirements
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in IT skills ( Microsoft word, Excel, powerpoint)
Preferbably basic first aid knowledge
Prior relavant working experience in a school setting would be advantageous
