1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026

Working Hours



The personnel shall be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays:

6:30am to 3:30pm (inclusive of 45-minute lunch break)

Fridays:

6:30am to 3:00pm (inclusive of 45-minute lunch break)

Lunch Break:

12:30pm to 1:15pm

No service required

on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Note: Proposed personnel must be willing to commence work at 6:30am.

Scope of ServicesReception Duties



Handle all incoming telephone calls professionally and promptly. Manage the reception counter and attend to queries from students, parents, and walk-in visitors. Receive and acknowledge goods delivered on behalf of staff.

General Administrative Duties



Assist in managing the sickbay, including attending to unwell students and providing basic first-aid (e.g., knee abrasions, cuts, nosebleeds, fever). Attend to students who are leaving school early. Handle lost and found items and money. Support routine administrative tasks such as data entry, laminating, and document preparation. Pack and disseminate brochures, forms, and information booklets. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and sickbay. Pack items into cartons and prepare for relocation to the holding site in view of school relocation. Carry out any other duties as assigned when required.

Qualifications and SkillsMinimum Requirements



Singapore-Cambridge GCE Normal Level (N-Level) or equivalent. At least

one (1) year of relevant experience

in reception or general administrative roles, preferably within a school environment (primary school experience is an advantage). Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Fluent in

English and Mandarin

to support communication needs within a Special Assistance Plan (SAP) school environment.

Preferred Attributes



Experience in administering first aid to students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A good team player with initiative and reliability. Professional, pleasant, and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision. Strong customer service orientation.

Pay: Up to $2,000.00 per month
