Job Type: Full-time Location: Marina Square/West Coast Plaza Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to manage the daily operations of our playground and provide administrative support to our team of teachers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in customer service and administrative work. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the counter and sales of the retails products
Manage the daily operation of the playground, including maintaining equipment and ensuring the safety of children
Attend to walk-in inquiries, collect fees, issue invoices, and handle phone enquires pertaining to courses and services
Ensure the crowd and order within the playground are managed appropriately
Assist teachers with classroom activities and provide support when necessary
Act as a liaison between teachers, parents, and students to ensure effective communication and coordination
Update and maintain students\' records, arrange teachers\' schedules, and keep records of expenses, purchases of stationery, pantry items, etc.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
GCE "O" Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any related field
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to converse and liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
Patience and the ability to communicate with children effectively
At least 2 years of work experience in customer service or administrative roles
Ability to work on weekends
