Job Summary:

• Company background: Global Leader in Marine & Offshore Power Supplies
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30am - 6pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 2,500 (dep on exp) + Performance Bonus
• Company transport provided at Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan and Serangoon

Primary Responsibilities

• Attend the walk - in visitors with friendly manners and keep details record of visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls, sort and distribute incoming mail
• Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
• Keep track and update of phone list on monthly basis
• Assist HR Operations team in administrative tasks and any other ad hoc duties.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
