wo (2) years of Front Desk/Administrative experience
in a Primary School's General Office environment
Good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel is preferred
Pleasant & have good communication & interpersonal skills
Disciplined, punctual, meticulous & detailed in completing tasks
Willingness to learn & keen to take on new responsibilities
Main Job Scope
Front-line Duties - Handling of telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
To provide logistical support for school events and functions
To perform general administrative duties which include preparation and verification of documents, as well as filing
Dissemination of information to school's staff and students if necessary
Assist with Customer Relationships Management in the areas of data entry and other necessary administrative matters related to CRM
Maintain cleanliness of the General Office
Attend to goods delivery (to check quantity delivered and inform Good Receipt Officer or Admin Staff)
Attend to students leaving school early
Handle basic first-aid, attend to students who are unwell, and contact parents where necessary
* Any other duties assigned by the school such as printing
