Job Description
Salary: $2000 onwards Working days: 5 OR 6 days (open for discussion) Working location: Icon Village @ Tanjong Pagar, Jurong, Chinatown Point) Working hour: 12pm - 9pm / 11am - 8pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls, emails and walk in requests & queries
- Assist clients & guests with their bookings
- Greet visitors/guests/members professionally, determining the nature and purpose of visit
- Manage records via system
- E-File customer insurance
- Take and resolve complaints from customers and being positive to negative criticism
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Minimum N/O Level Certification
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Hospitality / Customer Service experience would be an advantage
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Have good computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word and Excel
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as need
