Providing good frontline customer service \xe2\x80\x93 including handling enquiries (calls or in-person) and rendering assistance to students and staff;
Management and compilation of data and drafting of simple correspondences;
Collection and verification of documents;
General office administrative duties & ad-hoc logistics and operational support; and
Other general duties or projects assigned by the school.
Requirement:
At least GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level certification
Good communication skills and positive work attitude;
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in frontline customer service, and general administration, preferably in a school setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and comfortable with using IT systems; and
Knowledge of basic first-aid will be useful.
