Job Description

You should possess a pleasant personality and coupled with good customer service and office administration experience. Front Desk duties Reception duties \xe2\x80\x93 meet and greet/ queries and feedbacks via phone, email and general correspondence Maintain documents such as visitor record and update phone lists Issuance of office access card and managing access card reports Handle all incoming phone calls and faxes promptly and professionally Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of reception & meeting rooms Receiving and dispatching of mails/documents/courier & etc Support corporate events i.e. food catering and liaising Assist in maintenance/ arrangement to repair of office equipment/ furniture Stationery requisition/ name card printing and other admin duties as and when necessary Requirements Diploma or equivalent and relevant office administration work and receptionist experience preferably in an MNC or Financial or Service sectors. Good interpersonal skills Proficient in computer skills Good team player and result oriented Pleasant personality with excellent customer service manners Mature and able to work with minimal supervision Strong organization skills with multi-tasking ability Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
