Job Description

You should possess a pleasant personality and coupled with good customer service and office administration experience.Front Desk dutiesReception duties - meet and greet/ queries and feedbacks via phone, email and general correspondenceMaintain documents such as visitor record and update phone listsIssuance of office access card and managing access card reportsHandle all incoming phone calls and faxes promptly and professionallyEnsure tidiness and cleanliness of reception & meeting roomsReceiving and dispatching of mails/documents/courier & etcSupport corporate events i.e. food catering and liaisingAssist in maintenance/ arrangement to repair of office equipment/ furnitureStationery requisition/ name card printing and other admin duties as and when necessaryRequirementsDiploma or equivalent and relevant office administration work and receptionist experience preferably in an MNC or Financial or Service sectors.Good interpersonal skillsProficient in computer skillsGood team player and result orientedPleasant personality with excellent customer service mannersMature and able to work with minimal supervisionStrong organization skills with multi-tasking abilityJob Type: Full-timePay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per monthSchedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
