Job description:
Support operations of company via administration
Clerical duties and customer service
Schedule management
In charge of sales and invoice generation
Daily housekeeping of premises
Ensure proper housekeeping for important and confidential business documents
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 'O' Levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Able to communicate efficiently in spoken and written English
Able to work independently and as a team
Organised and responsible
Hardworking and willing to learn
No work experience required
Able to work on weeknights and weekends (within opening hours)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
