Handling customer queries and providing resolution within stipulated timeframe To manage premium lounge availability To facilitate application submission process Handling complimentary services like photocopy, photo-booth services, form filling and registration To manage helpline and email contact for convenient appointment booking To maintain safety and hygiene standards of the reception area To manage SMS updates and courier return of document/passport To offer convenient payment options

Job Requirements



Possess a 'O' Level or Secondary school certificate and/or equivalent professional qualifications. Minimum 1-3 years in Customers Handling role required. Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. Knowledge of Indian dialects is essential
