Job Description



Under general to limited supervision, the RTR Transformation Manager has an objective to achieve standardized RTR process flows ensuring cross-region process transparency and efficiency. The RTR Transformation Manager will also be responsible for providing expertise to enable electronic document flows, process automation, and unlock savings by reduced workload and/or cost reduction initiatives. Additionally, it ensures compliance with company policies and procedures in the tactical execution of goals and objectives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Management and Steering

  • Monitor and provide sponsorship for the implementation of major strategic initiatives, act as an escalation level and steer major projects
  • Enables organization to harmonize and improve Project Management/Transition procedures, processes, infrastructure by the means of coordination, development and implementation of tools and the adaptation of globally provided contents into local business
  • Monitors achievement and reports results to the Region/Country/Functional Management, developing corrective actions where necessary
  • Stimulates cooperation and exchange of knowledge and experiences between all organizational units
Operations
  • Analyze process flows to identify biggest opportunities for process optimization and effectiveness
  • Cooperates closely with the Global Process Lead and Global Process Community to develop standardized processes
  • Drive standard process implementation with Local Accounting Business Partners in the countries or lead a workstream of bigger project/program in accounting transformation
  • Very close cooperation with other business functions to streamline the process flow and implement electronic workflow tools
  • Provide functional requirements concerning process automation to IT business partners with aim to build effective solutions
  • Analyze root causes of process to provide input for decisions on process changes
  • Evaluate process risk assessment to be able to plan and implement corrective actions
  • Support process transition to SSC with expertise and process knowledge
  • Provide information and training concerning implementation of new accounting processes
Quality and Legal Compliance
  • Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals, and SOPs in the version as amended from time to time (“FME Policies”)
  • Keep yourself updated about the current version of the FME Policies that are relevant for your role and integrate corporate values in daily business


Qualifications
  • Work experience in SSC/BPO of R2R scope (5+ years)
  • Experience in successful accounting process standardization on at least regional level (2+ years)
  • Experience with driving projects remotely or working in virtual environment
  • Proficient communication skills and fluent English is a must in writing, reading and presenting, with strong intercultural skills and understanding
  • Proficient social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality
  • Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid comprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasks
  • Future-oriented, solution-oriented, proactive, and out of the box thinking personality
  • Proficient/Excellent skills to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload even under pressure
  • Self-driven, independent, and strong organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of accounting transactional processes
  • Solid project management skills (in particular: change and implementation management, risk and issue management, tracking, reporting, stakeholder management)
  • Good knowledge of following systems/solutions and/or its implementation will be a big advantage: SAP (FI), Blackline, Intercompany Reconciliation systems
  • Understand and use modern communication software and systems
  • Strong IT user knowledge (MS Office, SAP, Intranet etc.)
  • Understand basics of e-health, data security and related topics
