What you will be working on:

  • Utilise emerging technologies to modernise and optimise CPFB's records management processes. Utilise data analytics tools and reporting capabilities to derive actionable insights from CPFB's records. Develop and execute strategies for the effective management of digital records within CPFB. Administer records systems in accordance with established standards such as IM4L, IM8, and other emerging requirements. Collaborate with system vendors to address identified problem areas and develop effective solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation verification to validate system functionality and performance. Provide consultation and support to users and stakeholders on records systems and records management-related matters. Support the Department/Group in budget administration, risk management, or other assigned areas as needed. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of records management team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 4 years of experience in records management, with a focus on digital records and information governance. Prior experience in managing or contributing to IT projects preferred Proficiency in emerging technologies and data analytics tools relevant to records management. Experience in using artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), or machine learning technologies is beneficial for effectively leveraging advanced tools and techniques in records management processes. Strong understanding of records management standards, regulations, and best practices Experience with vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager/Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
