  • Lead the design and implementation of effective recovery strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful recoveries and minimize credit losses.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recovery strategies and processes to maximize recoveries and minimize credit losses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and align recovery efforts accordingly.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify high-risk accounts and determine appropriate recovery actions.
  • Monitor and report on recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize recovery efforts.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the recovery team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, legal counsel, and vendors to support recovery efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recovery operations within a bank or financial institution.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful recovery teams.
  • Strong knowledge of recovery strategies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
