Responsible for end-to-end spectrum of hiring activities such as job posting, screening, interview arrangements and conducting of reference checks
Update candidates on the interview outcome and recruitment process
Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers on hiring requirements
Perform sourcing for the active positions as well as generating a healthy pipeline of potential candidates
To ensure pre-onboarding processes are completed promptly
Support HRBPs in the updating of recruitment matrices and evaluation of recruitment channels effectiveness
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a degree in HR or a business-related field
Preferably with 2-5 years of in-house recruitment experience
Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge in using social media recruitment platforms
Good stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate well with hiring managers and candidates
