Job Description

• Responsible for end-to-end spectrum of hiring activities such as job posting, screening, interview arrangements and conducting of reference checks
• Update candidates on the interview outcome and recruitment process
• Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers on hiring requirements
• Perform sourcing for the active positions as well as generating a healthy pipeline of potential candidates
• To ensure pre-onboarding processes are completed promptly
• Support HRBPs in the updating of recruitment matrices and evaluation of recruitment channels effectiveness

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in HR or a business-related field
• Preferably with 2-5 years of in-house recruitment experience
• Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge in using social media recruitment platforms
• Good stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate well with hiring managers and candidates
