Job Overview:
- As a Recruiter at Sterra, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support our growth and success in the e-commerce industry.
- You will work closely with hiring managers and other members of the HR team to develop and execute recruiting strategies and will play a critical role in building a diverse, high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent to the company
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, and develop job descriptions and interview processes to support these needs
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members, and provide feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
- Track recruiting metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
