Job Overview:
As a Recruiter at Sterra, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support our growth and success in the e-commerce industry.
You will work closely with hiring managers and other members of the HR team to develop and execute recruiting strategies and will play a critical role in building a diverse, high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent to the company
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, and develop job descriptions and interview processes to support these needs
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members, and provide feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
Track recruiting metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
