Job Overview:
  • As a Recruiter at Sterra, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support our growth and success in the e-commerce industry.
  • You will work closely with hiring managers and other members of the HR team to develop and execute recruiting strategies and will play a critical role in building a diverse, high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent to the company
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, and develop job descriptions and interview processes to support these needs
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates\xe2\x80\x99 skills and fit for the role
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members, and provide feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
  • Track recruiting metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
