Summary:
Full-Cycle Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team.
Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
Job Scope:
- Sourcing of candidates and matching candidates with suitable openings and matching skills set
- Managing interviews between candidates and companies
- Sourcing and prospecting clients and assisting them with recruiting needs
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Degree in any discipline
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
