Job Requirements
Good track record in providing Customer Service/ Telemarketer.
Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant or similar position will be an added advantage
Min. 2 years of Customer Service/ Telemarketer/ Cold-calling in a Call Centre environment experience.
Experience working as a
Telemarketer in a Bank or Contact Centre environment is highly desirable.
Able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
Confident and pleasant personality
Enjoy talking to people over the phone.
Willing to learn the traits of recruitment.
Able to work independently and as a team
Incumbent must be CEI Certified or willing to go for the CEI course is required.
Candidate must be willing to take on a Commission base role.
