Job Title : Recruiter (Work from Home) - Remote Support (Flexible-Work Arrangement / Flexible-Work Mums) (Full Commission Based)


Job Summary : Recruitment consultants will assist in finding the best people to staff the client\xe2\x80\x99s business needs by evaluating candidates and building networks of potential hires, taking on a more hands-on role in assessing candidate resumes and credentials. To understand and match the needs of the clients and candidates to provide quality recruitment services


Main Duties and Responsibilities Candidate Management

• Understand the Job Specification given by the client and assist in placing the right Talents/ Candidates to the Organization

• Sourcing of Candidates using the Job Portals and identify the right candidates to the Clients\' Openings.

• Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening.

• Provide career advice and consultation to job-seekers.

• Involved in matching the Candidates to the Job Specifications.
  

Job Requirements

• Good track record in managing the Recruitment Life Cycle.

• Strong in Candidates Management.

• Able to communicate effectively and professionally

• Min. 2 years of Recruitment experience is required

• Proven Track Record in Candidates Placement.

\xc2\xb7 Having background knowledge in Information Technology/ Finance/ HR/ Engineering is desired.

• Experience in matching the Candidates to Job Specifications.

• Good in coordination and liaison work

• Possess CEI certification or willingess to go for the certification is required.
  

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant/ Talent Acquisition/ HR Consultant will be considered
