Administrative and logistics support for the recruitment process including the following:
Coordinate and schedule job interviews, and book interview rooms;
Email interview candidates\xe2\x80\x99 details to interview panel, and preparation of interview folders;
Administer interview assessments;
Conduct reference checks for selected candidates;
Collect relevant documents for the interview (e.g. employment application form); and
Perform data entry, printing and filing work (such as preparation of interview folders and new hires\xe2\x80\x99 personnel records) to ensure proper documentation and knowledge management of each recruitment case.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in operational and administrative support for HR departments;
Good team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good coordination, time management and organization skills;
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
