Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Recruitment Admin role and an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platform.
  • Able to complete a complex administrative task with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
What You Will Do
  • Creative Duties:
    • Write job advertisements – both short-term and permanent positions.
    • Write blogs – we will supply information that just has to be put together.
  • Admin Duties:
    • Compile and create job lists – format job post materials and put these into a spreadsheet.
    • Check doctors’ AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) details for all new applicants. (Training to be provided.)
    • Keep track of new applicants whom the recruiter has been in contact with.
    • Arrange meeting and appointment schedules for the recruiter.
    • Format resumes.
  • Marketing Duties:
    • Post on social media (Facebook and Instagram) on the client’s behalf.
