You'll make a difference in:

Talent Acquisition

: Driving the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing job postings.

Candidate Experience

: Building and maintaining talent networks while ensuring a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication.

Content Creation

: Developing engaging content, including social media posts and blog articles, to showcase our employer brand.

Brand Management:

Supporting our employer branding social media efforts and assisting in organizing and updating brand materials.

Market Research:

Conducting research to analyze trends and competitor activities in the employer branding space.

Collaboration:

Working closely with HR, marketing, and communications teams on various projects.

Your defining qualities:

Educational Background:

Pursuing or holding a relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

Passion & Proactivity

A strong passion for talent acquisition and employer branding with a proactive mindset to contribute creative ideas.

Communication & Digital Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with familiarity with various social media platforms and their trends.

Organizational Skills:

A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Team Player

: The ability to work well in a team, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
