Job Description

• Basic up to $3500
• 5 days work week; 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Working Location: Changi Airport

Job Scope:

• Conduct full cycle of recruitment
• Assist with monthly payroll when required (more than 150HC)
• Conduct Orientation to new joiners
• Involve in planning and coordination recreation activities such as festive celebration, quarterly employee communication sessions
• Tracking of claims reimbursement for WICA and In & Out Patient
• Submission of claims for WICA cases under Marsh
• Preparation of Acceptance of Resignation, Termination letters
• Conduct Exit Interview (Supervisory level) for all resignation cases

Additional Information:

• At least 2 years recruitment experience
• Knowledge with payroll will be advantageous
