Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Participate in end-to-end recruitment and selection including use of candidate search tools2. Reporting and analysis3. Managing the recruitment process in an effective and timely manner to ensure the needs of the business are met in an ever-changing environment.4. Administer and maintain HR systems.5. General recruitment duties and recruitment administration.6. Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positionsQualifications:1. Minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment, with an IT recruitment background2. Relevant degree and demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training, and/or experience.3. Demonstrated commitment to providing quality HR services and highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills in order to liaise, consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of people at all levels within the organization.4. Be a confident self-starter5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal6. Strong administrator with a high level of attention to details7. Team Spirit8.
