Jobs Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment databases in structured and timely manners
  • Maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent
  • Foster continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions
  • Support in posting roles on job boards
  • Support recruiter in populating the database with candidate profiles gained via referrals or LinkedIn searches
  • Collaborate with Recruiter to understand the needs and roles to be filled
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes
  • Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the engineering/industry community and marketplace
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 years' of experience in recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
