About the Role
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Understand client hiring needs and company culture to deliver tailored talent solutions.
Source, screen and shortlist high-calibre candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from search strategy, candidate screening, interview coordinating to offer negotiation.
Manage candidate pipeline and candidate/client data in an organised and structured format.
Prepare client presentations and reports.
Maintain and update records in Applicant Tracking System and support with compliance reporting.
About the Requirements
Degree or Diploma from a reputable institute of higher education. Specialisation in HR Management, Business, Accountancy or Finance related field is an advantage.
Self-starter mindset - proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a natural ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong integrity, professionalism and a collaborative spirit.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong commitment to excellence, and comfortable working in a small team environment with an entrepreneurial culture.
