Responsibilities
- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
- Identify & develop new business opportunities
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising & referrals
- Perform interviewing, screening and selection processes
- Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates
- Achieve performance targets and help to grow the organization
Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently
- Sales & target driven person
- Possesses CEI certificate
- Possesses relevant experiences in recruitment agencies
