What you will do:
- Manage engineering contracting desk with cold/warm leads.
- Understand the clients' background, job description and hiring requirements.
- Source candidates using CV database, online job portals, applicant tracking systems, social media platform, & etc.
- Conduct telephone screening, shortlist the right candidates for position.
- Prepare candidates profile.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews.
- Negotiate and present job offers.
- Collaborate with internal HR support and payroll teams on HR related matters, including offer letter preparation, onboarding, timesheet, payroll, & etc.
What you need to have:
- Degree or Diploma qualification in any discipline
- Good communication skills, strong team player

Office location: CBD / Downtown (Hybrid WFH arrangement)
Working hours: 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday
