Job Description
- Banking & Finance Team Specialization
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
- Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients
- Knowing clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs.
- Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms
- Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates
- Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage
- Candidate with no relevant working experience will have full training provided
