Responsibilities:
- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
- Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients\' needs and
- requirements
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package
- Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates
- Other administrative duties
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Target driven, self-motivated, persistent and passionate for success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and able to adapt in fast-paced working environment.
- Candidates who are CEI certified would be of advantage
