Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms. Support in business development by introducing companies\' services to prospects.
The Job Scope includes:
Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
Coordination of interviews (Face-to-Face / Phone/ Skype)
Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
Engage in full cycle of recruitment process
Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients\' needs and requirements
Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package
Deliver positive candidate experience and act as career advisor to candidates
