Responsibilities
Based on clients' requirements, source suitable candidates to profile to clients
The position is mainly a candidate holder, which may include briefing candidates on the opportunities offered by the clients
Managing the process from the interview to the offer stage and beyond
Meet KPIs set by the management
Business development and sourcing of new clients are not necessary
Requirements
Prior experience in the recruitment or HR consultancy industry is preferred
Prior experience sourcing for candidates and ability to close positions
CEI is essential
Resourceful and possess high initiative and energy
Strong sense of urgency
