Recruitment Consultant

Full-Time | MRT-Connected Office (North-South Line & Downtown Line)

We are a growing business process outsourcing (BPO) start-up seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. This role offers structured training and hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle--from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned clients Source, screen, and interview candidates across various industries Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities Maintain accurate records and uphold recruitment standards Build and manage client relationships professionally

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma qualification (Higher Nitec candidates must have at least 1 year of working experience) Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and professional Results-driven with a proactive mindset Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently Willingness to learn - prior recruitment experience is not required CEI certification is an advantage but not mandatory
