Roles & Responsibilities
Managing full 360 degree end-to-end recruitment process to perform recruitment functions which include: Business development via cold-calling and business visits on new and potential clients. Liaising with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations. Provide professional consultations to both clients and candidates. Advertise and search for candidates, proactive sourcing of quality candidates through various job portals. Candidates job matching and career consultation. Shortlisting suitable candidates to fulfil clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. Assist clients and candidates on interview arrangements, offer negotiating, contract signing and on-boarding. Prepare invoices and follow up on payment status.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in any discipline. CEI certified preferred At least 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in areas of recruitment, sales or customer service. Resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive in partnering with HRs, hiring managers and internal team members. Highly driven, a team player with strong initiative and a passion for challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team player and able to adapt in fast-paced working environment.
