Our Client, is in the Recruitment Industry located in the Central has opening for Recruitment Consultant (Maid Agency)
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews for both employers and domestic helpers.
Assisting employers and domestic helpers in matching jobs.
Serve and answer all enquiries on phone, Email, bestmaid, netmaid, walk in or others.
Organizing domestic helper bio data.
Solve the dispute between Employers and domestic helpers.
Training and job explanation to all new and transfer domestic helpers.
Prepare all contracts for Employers and domestic helpers using our company forms only.
Perform Employment Agency personnel activity including advertising on MOM approval advertisement portal.
Requirements
With CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) cert
