Note: Recruitment Consultant is a Sales position, we provide recruitment services to our clients in return for placement fees. Consultants are rewarded with high commission with no cap based on their monthly achieved revenue on top of their basic salary.

Summary:
\xe2\xa6\xbf Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Scheme (No commission cap)

\xe2\xa6\xbf Potential Annual Income: $40,000 - $80,000

\xe2\xa6\xbf Office Location: Macpherson (Walking distance from MRT station)

\xe2\xa6\xbf 5 days Office Hours

\xe2\xa6\xbf Training will be provided

Job Scope:
Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities.

Be involved in executive and non-executive search.

Managing job offer process to candidates and handle remuneration and compensation benefits with clients and candidates.

Advise Clients and Job seekers on market & employment trends.

Business development which involves managing and developing new and existing clients.

Enhance business relationship with clients and develop strong account management skills.

Working closely with clients to develop recruitment strategies and plans.

Working closely with team members to achieve team goals.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in any discipline

Entry Level to Experienced consultants welcome (Training is provided)

Candidates with CEI Certificate and recruitment experience will have added advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
