Responsibilities:
- Source for candidates on various job portals
- Matching candidates to various jobs according to their suitability
- Arranging for interviews
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required
- Being involved in business development and handle clients directly
- Promotion to Senior and Managerial positions
- Building own team of Technical Recruiters and enhance on leadership and managerial skills
