About the RoleAs we grow, we are recruiting several Associates (graduate level) and Consultants for our Hong Kong office.Associates play a vital role providing a world class service to our candidates and clients in all the countries and markets in which we operate.Associates take part in a robust onboarding and development program to ensure they are well equipped to work collaboratively and effectively with a range of colleagues and develop a successful career in recruitment.What you will do

• Engage with, and cultivate a candidate network \xe2\x80\x93 developing your own personal brand and reputation within your market
• Support colleagues with the execution of projects mandated by clients \xe2\x80\x93 taking ownership at critical stages of the process
• Identify, approach and engage with candidates for specific requirements using a range of research tools and methodologies
• Keep up to date with market trends and developments. Updating relevant team members when appropriate
• Develop and execute on a range of talent attraction strategies
• Build and develop your career in recruitment benefiting from training and development opportunities which allow you to progress within our business

Basic qualifications

• A recent graduate or due to graduate from university with a strong academic record
• Professional approach to work and a self-starter
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
• A competitive streak to your personality
• Natural curiosity and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues
• Strong desire to build a career in recruitment with some knowledge of the industry
• Ability to deliver on numerous tasks at any one time and prioritise effectively
• Availability to start in November 2022
