As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales activities, connecting with new and existing clients, and forging strong business relationships. You'll be the mastermind behind sourcing top talent-leveraging business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and innovative recruiting strategies.
Your role will include managing your own pipeline, hitting individual and team targets, and thriving in a supportive, collaborative team environment. You'll also be hands-on with candidate care activities and recruitment administration.
Responsibilities

• Thrive in a sales-driven environment and build new client relationships with enthusiasm.
• Source top talent through various channels including business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and job boards advertising.
• Manage your own schedule to effectively create and manage a pipeline, achieving individual and team targets.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate within a supportive team environment and contribute to collective success.
• Handle candidate care activities and perform database and recruitment administration tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related business field.
• Preferred experience in recruitment; a strong drive to succeed in sales is essential.
• Passion for identifying talent needs and assisting candidates in finding the right career path.
• Energetic and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to be a team player, take initiative, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
