We are a licensed employment agency specializing in Local / foreign manpower recruitment in the F&B and Cleaning Industry. We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Executive.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct interviews with job seekers and employers
Assist in job-matching based on client requirements
Manage documentation and biodata records
Process WP, S-Pass EP with MOM website
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Post job listings on approved platforms
Mediate issues that arise during employment
Maintain proper filing and compliance with MOM regulations
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent
CEI (Basic or KAH) is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
What We Offer
Monthly salary: $3,000 - $3,500 (commensurate with experience)
