Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end candidate delivery process
- from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting to coordinating final placement.
Source active and passive candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
.
Conduct
interviews, assessments, and reference checks
to ensure candidate quality and fit.
Maintain and update the
candidate database/ATS
to ensure accurate records of talent pipelines.
Work closely with the
business development and account management team
to understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Support consultants in
preparing candidate profiles, resumes, and interview arrangements
.
Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring
timely communication, feedback, and career support
.
Assist in achieving
team targets and KPIs
for successful placements and service delivery.
Contribute to the
continuous improvement of recruitment processes
to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Job Requirements
CEI Mandatory
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
At least
1-3 years of recruitment experience

Strong sourcing and networking skills with good knowledge of online recruitment tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A team player with strong
time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
