At least 7 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, with consistent track record of successful placements, preferably in WOG and/or healthcare
Able to execute sourcing strategies to attract talents and be recognised as a subject-matter-expert in talent research related matters
Experienced in using social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to reach out to passive candidates
Able to contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to developing new recruitment channels
Experience with HRMS, specifically in Workday would be advantageous
Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
Familiarity with Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP)
