Responsibilities: Corresponds with candidates for onboarding documents, eg Salar 1 Year Contract Role Location: Raffles Place Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6.30pm) Our Client is a local bank. Responsibilities: Corresponds with candidates for onboarding documents, eg Salary crediting form, Credit Bureau consent form, Secrecy declaration, etc Consolidation and submission of all supporting documents to People Services for processing Follow-up with candidates, People Services and Recruiters to handle discrepancies in the information Main point of contact for People Services on all candidates' onboarding matters Confirm 1st day onboarding instructions with hiring managers/interviewers Interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers/interviewers Provide coverage for other coordinators as required Attention to: Jolene Ng By submitting any application or r sum to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
