Job Description


We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to be assigned to our client, specialising in providing Disability & Aged Care staffing solutions throughout Queensland, Australia. You will support the Recruitment Team by completing all the staff employment and onboarding tasks. This role facilitates a wide range of administration and compliance activities to ensure the business meets its high level of quality, service and compliance standards.

This is a morning shift role, office-based in Cebu City.

Success Indicator

  • 10 new Members per week
  • Minimum of 70% Shift fill rate
  • Minimum of 30% Member Utilisation
  • 100% Staff Member compliance.
  • 1 reference leads per week.
  • CRM database maintenance to 100% accuracy


Activity Expectations (Weekly)

  • 20 Interviews
  • 50 Member availability calls
  • Adding or updating 5 new profiles to our website
  • 1 new paid job ad posted
  • 3 new free job board ads posted


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment

  • Draft and post creative job ads for free and paid job boards to generate a high number of allocations per job ad
  • Create and implement social media marketing strategies to generate job applications and general market awareness amongst target candidates
  • Provides high quality members within designated timeframe and meeting the client’s needs.
  • To understand client’s policies and procedures, ensuring all information stored on members is compliant with audit requirements and kept up to date in database.
  • Ensure there is enough members registered in the Client's database to meet future demands within the client’s sector and location.
  • Keep members and clients informed throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Continuously build strong relationships with our members by providing a high level of candidate care and service


Compliance

  • Completing audits on employed staff and trading clients to ensure all company and legislative compliance items are met.
  • Working with all employed staff to obtain any outstanding compliance items from them and input into our system (Entire HR)
  • Complete employee compliance audits


Onboarding

  • Complete the new employee onboarding checklist
  • Send them all HR contracts
  • Gather and file staff’s qualifications and license in our operating system
  • Call and email staff with outstanding licenses
  • Liaise with web development team to post employee information on our website


Requirements


  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree;

  • Preferred with business administration experience;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations;

  • Ability in building and maintaining client relationships and securing contracts;

  • Recruitment experience is desirable but not required;

  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose new solutions for clients;

  • Working on industrial sites, awareness of safety responsibilities and ability to follow the client’s safety directions;

  • High level of attention to detail;

  • Effective time management skills, innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to find solutions when under pressure; and

  • Effective process and administration skills to meet compliance requirements, with the ability to use all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and database.
