Min diploma/degree qualified. Min. 2 years and above of relevant experience in recruitment support, administrative or secretarial function Experience gained with faster paced industries such as FMCG, tech, recruitment or FI is required Has exposure to supporting high volume of recruitment activities gained in the HR functionOur client is a renowned and established professional service firm. This is a recruitment coordinator role sitting in the Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition team. For this role, it can be a 100% perm role or a 50% part time (perm role) depending on the preference of the successful candidate.Main Responsibilities Provide support to our recruitment activities, which primarily involves coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, executive assistants, search firms and candidates Work on candidate sourcing, reviewing of cvs and preparing of reports Conduct reference and social media checks Process invoices in a timely manner Maintain and ensure accuracy in e-filing, system and excel tracker Assist the team in any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as and when required.Qualifications/Capabilities Min diploma/degree qualified.
