Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across departments
Write and post job ads on various platforms
Source potential candidates via online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
Polytechnic Diploma, A-Level Certificate, or Degree
[1-3] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines effectively
