Key responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Support in talent sourcing and attraction, interviewing, job offer to eventually onboarding new hires. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes. Contribute to employer branding on employer of choice initiatives, campus recruitment of interns and graduates.

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in related discipline. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in corporate, customer service or sales roles. Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking System, social media and job boards. Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Learning attitude and thrive in a team-based environment.
