Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: A Levels, Polytechnic Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree (any field)
- People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills; able to connect quickly with candidates and team members
- Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Presentable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition & Development team to identify, attract, and onboard new hires.
- Craft engaging job postings to reach young professionals, fresh graduates, and career switchers.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening, scheduling, and interview support.
- Assist in organising onboarding programs, training workshops, and career development initiatives.
-Contribute to strengthening the team's culture, growth strategy, and internal communication.
