Job Description


The position is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment activities for the hiring of all positions and ensuring a solid cadence of communication with hiring managers to provide effective solutions on sourcing the right candidates and build talent pipelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage and maintain close working relationships with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and fulfil hiring requirements.
  • Use the most efficient, cost-effective candidate sources to fill positions, including, but not limited to: searches and posting using various career posting websites such as LinkedIn, referrals, participation in job fairs and industry conferences/users\' groups, direct sourcing and other network referrals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, interview process, offer management and other pre-hiring activities.
  • Cultivate a close working relationship with hiring managers through the vacancy lifecycle
  • Conduct background checks on job applicants to identify any critical issue.
  • Application/renewal/cancellation of work passes and PLRD license applications.
  • Prepare report on recruitment activities and recruitment cost allocation
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and training
  • Conduct exit interview and clearance for leavers
  • Handle and conduct case inquiry and investigation
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline
  • With 3 to 5 years of experience as a recruiting specialist in end-to-end recruitment
  • Experience working in the Security industry would be advantageous
  • Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process and talent acquisition.
  • Confident, result-oriented, take initiatives and able to work under pressure
  • Highly resourceful driven and persistent individuals
  • Good interpersonal skills and work well in a team.
