Review, identify & analyse job requirements to identify suitable candidates for available positions across the project
Utilizes multiple internet resources, job portal & mobile applications to source for candidates
Assess candidates' suitability in accordance to the requirements of the roles.
Present career opportunities to qualified applicants
Coordinate and facilitate interviews
Interaction & collaborate within team
Ensuring all active requirements and KPI are met
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
